Secondly, make sure that you wear clothes that are not too warm for your body. Tight fitting clothes can trap sweat easily, making sweat stains more obvious to others. Always wear loose clothes to avoid this situation, and allow more circulation of air through your body.
Finally, if you feel that your sweating problems might be partially caused by stress, you can try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation. Always take breaks to relax yourselves and never allow yourself to be overworked.
